My career has taken an unconventional path through graphic design, creative leadership, school administration, and human resources. While these roles may seem unrelated, they've strengthened my ability to connect creative thinking with operational problem-solving, streamline workflows, and turn complex challenges into practical solutions.

With a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and over 12 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite, my professional foundation is rooted in visual communication, branding, and creative production. My progression from Graphic Designer to Art Director expanded my experience in creative direction, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Beyond design, I've developed a strong interest in understanding how work moves through an organization, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating systems that support the people behind it.

My approach to problem-solving comes from hands-on experience: observing, listening, asking questions, and translating knowledge into clear, repeatable workflows.
